Alternate method to remove the battery

  • If you removed all three stretch release adhesive strips, congratulations—you can now remove the battery! If not, follow the next two steps to separate the adhesive with isopropyl alcohol and a plastic card.

  • If the top strip remains, prop up the top edge of the phone.

  • If either of the bottom strips remain, prop up the left edge of the phone (the side with the volume buttons).

  • Use a pipette or syringe to apply a few drops of highly-concentrated isopropyl alcohol (over 90%) to the elevated edge of the battery.

  • Wait one minute for the isopropyl alcohol to flow under the battery and soften the adhesive.

Método alternativo para quitar la batería.

Si quitaste las tres tiras adhesivas de liberación elástica, felicidades, ¡ahora puedes quitar la batería! Si no, sigue los siguientes dos pasos para separar el adhesivo con alcohol isopropílico y una tarjeta de plástico.

Si queda la tira superior, levanta el borde superior del teléfono.

Si queda alguna de las tiras inferiores, levanta el borde izquierdo del teléfono (el lado con los botones de volumen).

Utiliza una pipeta o una jeringa para aplicar unas gotas de alcohol isopropílico altamente concentrado (más del 90%) en el borde elevado de la batería.

Espera un minuto hasta que el alcohol isopropílico fluya debajo de la batería y ablande el adhesivo.
