  • The CPU will most likely be stuck to the heat sink with thermal compound.

  • Insert the flat edge of a spudger between the CPU and heat sink.

  • Gently pry the CPU off the heat sink by slightly twisting the spudger upwards.

Die CPU klebt meistens noch mit Wärmeleitpaste am Kühlkörper fest.

Setze das flache Ende des Spudgers zwischen CPU und Kühlkörper.

Verdrehe den Spudger etwas und trenne dadurch vorsichtig die beiden Teile.
