Reassembly information

  • The print roller is a sensitive component. Be extremely careful during reassembly to not bend or warp the metal.

  • During reassembly, note the following to properly reinsert the print roller into its plastic housing:

  • There are two metal L-shaped rails at the bottom of the print roller that have to slide under cutouts in the plastic housing.

  • There are two metal hooks at the top of the print roller that have to fit under the top corners of the plastic housing.

  • Insert the print roller at a downward angle to fit the hooks in first before sliding the rails into place.

  • Push the print roller into its plastic housing until you hear the plastic tabs click back into place.

Informationen für den Zusammenbau

Die Druckwalze ist eine empfindliche Komponente. Se beim Zusammenbau extrem vorsichtig, damit das Metall nicht verbogen oder verzogen wird.

Achte beim Wiederzusammenbau auf folgende Punkte, um die Druckwalze wieder korrekt in ihr Kunststoffgehäuse einzusetzen:

An der Unterseite der Druckwalze befinden sich zwei L-förmige Metallschienen, die unter die Aussparungen im Kunststoffgehäuse geschoben werden müssen.

Oben an der Druckwalze befinden sich zwei Metallhaken, die unter die oberen Ecken des Kunststoffgehäuses passen müssen.

Setze die Druckwalze schräg nach unten ein, damit die Haken zuerst eingepasst werden, bevor du die Schienen in ihre Position schiebst.

Drücke die Druckwalze in das Kunststoffgehäuse, bis du hörst, dass die Laschen wieder einrasten.
