There are two screws holding a second cardboard plate in place. Unscrew those with the 4 inch screwdriver.
The plate can be moved now, although it cannot be removed, as two sets of wires are soldered in a way that doesn’t allow one to remove the plate.
If at this point, the problem is with the feet of the machine, locate the inside of the bottom cover and remove the three screws holding the feet in place with a Phillips screwdriver.
