Brush your HDMI port

  • Don't use any metal tools to clean the HDMI port, as you risk damaging it.

  • Insert the head of a brush, like a dry toothbrush, into the port, making sure the hairs surround the middle contact pad (the black tab in the middle of the HDMI port).

  • Gently turn the brush in small circles to break up any clumped debris.

  • Remove the brush and use a dust blower or compressed air to blow out any debris.

  • If any debris is stuck, reinsert the brush and rotate it to let the hairs "scoop" out any debris.

  • Plug in your device and check if it's working. If it's still not working, move on to the next step.

Spazzola la tua porta HDMI

Non usare nessuno strumento di metallo per pulire la porta USB-A perché rischi di danneggiarla.

Inserisci la punta di uno spazzolino, ad esempio uno spazzolino da denti asciutto, nelle porta, accertandoti che le setole circondino la superficie del contatto centrale (la superficie nera in mezzo alla porta HDMI).

Fai scorrere delicatamente lo spazzolino avanti e indietro per rompere qualsiasi grumo di sporcizia.

Togli lo spazzolino e usa un soffiatore o dell'aria compressa per far uscire tutto lo sporco.

Se rimane incastrato dello sporco, reinserisci lo spazzolino e ruotalo in modo da far scivolare fuori ogni tipo di sporco.

Collega il tuo dispositivo e controlla se funziona. Se ancora non funziona, passa al prossimo step.
