Blow air into the audio port

  • Don't use your mouth to blow into your audio port, as the moisture from your breath can damage the contacts.

  • Insert the tip of a dust blower, or the nozzle of compressed air, at one end of the port.

  • This gives room for any debris to eject out of the port.

  • Blow a few puffs of air into the port.

  • Plug in your device to check if it works and if the connector is fully seated.

  • If your device isn't working or seats properly, unplug it and repeat the blowing process.

  • If your device still doesn't work or sits properly after multiple repetitions, move to the next step.

Blaas lucht in de audiopoort

Gebruik je mond niet om in de audiopoort te blazen, aangezien het vocht uit je adem de contacten kan beschadigen.

Steek de punt van een stofblazer, of het mondstuk van een persluchtspuitbus, in de poort. Zorg dat je de poort niet volledig vult en blokkeert maar wat ruimte overlaat.

Dit geeft ruimte voor eventueel vuil om uit de poort te ontsnappen.

Blaas een paar keer lucht in de poort.

Sluit het apparaat aan op een USB-C-kabel om te controleren of het werkt en of de aansluiting nu wel goed past.

Als het apparaat niet goed werkt of niet goed zit, haal dan de stekker er uit en herhaal het blaasproces.

Als het apparaat na meerdere herhalingen nog steeds niet werkt of de aansluiting past niet goed, ga dan naar de volgende stap.
