Isopropyl/ Heat & Battery Removal

  • Now its time to bring the phone back to the heat mat. If you have the iOpener you can lay it on the batteries. It does not need to be heated on the screen side.

  • Be sure to use the isopropyl alcohol on both batteries while it is on the heater.

  • Use your iFixit plastic prying card to find a space it fits under the battery and pry up after a few minutes in the Heat/ISO bath.

  • While pulling out the battery be mindful not to catch on any cables and that the adhesive comes off a lot easier while it is still wet with the isopropyl alcohol.

Retirar la Batería & isopropilo/calor y batería

Ahora es el momento de volver a colocar el teléfono en la alfombra térmica. Si tienes el iOpener, puedes ponerlo en las baterías. No es necesario calentarlo en el lado de la pantalla.

Asegúrate de usar alcohol isopropílico en ambas baterías mientras esté en el calentador.

Utiliza tu tarjeta de palanca de plástico iFixit, para encontrar un espacio que quepa debajo de la batería, y haz palanca después de unos minutos en el baño Heat/ISO.

Al sacar la batería, ten cuidado de no engancharte con ningún cable y de que el adhesivo se desprenda mucho más fácilmente, mientras aún está húmedo con alcohol isopropílico.
