Insert an opening pick

  • Apply a suction cup to the screen, as close to the center of the bottom edge as possible.

  • Pull up on the suction cup with strong, steady force to create a gap between the screen and the frame.

  • Insert an opening pick into the gap.

  • Depending on the age of your phone, this may be difficult. If you're having trouble, apply more heat to the edge and try again.

  • If your screen is badly cracked, cover it with a layer of clear packing tape to help the suction cup adhere. Alternatively, you can pull using very strong tape instead of a suction cup. If all else fails, try supergluing the suction cup to the broken screen.

Ein Plektrum einsetzen

Drücke einen Saugheber auf das Display, und zwar so nach wie möglich mittig an der Unterkante des Displays.

Ziehe kräftig mit gleichbleibendem Zug am Saugheber, sodass ein kleiner Spalt zwischen dem Display und dem Rahmen entsteht.

Setze ein Plektrum in den Spalt ein.

Je nach dem, wie alt das Gerät ist, kann dies schwieriger sein. Falls du Probleme bei diesem Schritt hast, erhitze die Kante etwas mehr und probiere es nochmals.

Sollte das Display zerbrochen sein, klebe eine Schicht durchsichtiges Paketband darauf, damit der Saugheber besser halten kann. Du kannst auch statt eines Saughebers besonders kräftiges Klebeband verwenden. Wenn das alles nicht hilft, dann klebe den Saugheber mit Sekundenkleber am Display fest.
