Tight everything

Tight everything, very tight.
Nothing should be moving, except the pedals on the bearing. If it's not moving, maybe your bearing is not 1mm or it has fallen.
You may see a little "play" from the bearing into the metal plate, but it was minimal for me. You could add some glue to force it still into place.
