Disconnect the lid angle sensor

  • Use the point of a spudger to pry up and disconnect the lid angle sensor from the top left corner of the MacBook.

  • If your replacement screen does not come with a lid‑angle sensor installed on the hinge, you'll need to remove the sensor. Use a 1IP Torx Plus screwdriver to remove the screw securing the sensor. Then, remove the sensor and set it aside for reassembly.

  • During reassembly, if you removed the lid angle sensor, install it on your replacement screen's hinge.

Öffnungswinkelsensor abtrennen

Heble den Öffnungswinkelsensor in der oberen linken Ecke des MacBooks mit der Spudgerspitze hoch und trenne ihn ab.

Wenn dein Ersatzdisplay nicht mit einem Öffnungswinkelsensor am Scharnier ausgestattet ist, musst du ihn ausbauen. Nimm einen 1IP Torx Plus Schraubendreher und entferne die Befestigungsschraube. Lege den Sensor zur Seite, du brauchst ihn beim Zusammenbau.

Wenn du den Öffnungswinkelsensor ausgebaut hast, dann übertrage ihn beim Zusammenbau auf das Scharnier des neuen Displays.
