Unstick circuit board from the battery

  • Find the junction between the electronic circuit and the earbud battery just below it.

  • Using an Opening Pick or a very thin plastic tool, very gently unstick the circuit board from the battery by inserting the Opening Pick between the circuit board and the battery.

  • The circuit board sticks directly to the negative battery terminal with adhesive.

  • Caution: There is a tiny metal contact under the circuit board that makes contact with the battery. Unstick the circuit board gently to avoid damaging this contact.

  • Do not use metal tools in this step as you may short-circuit the battery.

  • Use caution if you decide to heat internal components as the red/white structural plastic will readily deform at low temps.

  • Once the circuit board is unstuck from the battery, lift it up as shown on the third picture to have enough space to remove the battery.

Décoller la carte électronique de la batterie

Repérez la jonction entre la carte électronique et la batterie de l’écouteur qui est juste en dessous.

À l’aide d’un médiator ou d’un outil en plastique très fin, décollez très délicatement la carte électronique de la batterie en insérant le médiator entre la carte électronique et la batterie.

La carte électronique est directement collée au pôle négatif de la batterie par de l’adhésif.

Attention : il y a un petit contact métallique sous la carte électronique qui fait contact avec la batterie. Décollez délicatement la carte électronique pour éviter d’endommager ce contact.

N’utilisez pas d’outils métalliques pour cette étape, car vous risqueriez de court-circuiter la batterie.

Soyez prudent si vous décidez de chauffer les composants internes car le plastique structurel rouge/blanc se déformera facilement à basse température.

Une fois que la carte électronique est décollée de la batterie, soulevez-la comme montré sur la troisième image afin d’avoir assez d’espace pour retirer la batterie.
