Unstick circuit board from the battery

  • Find the junction between the electronic circuit and the earbud battery just below it.

  • Using an Opening Pick or a very thin plastic tool, very gently unstick the circuit board from the battery by inserting the Opening Pick between the circuit board and the battery.

  • The circuit board sticks directly to the negative battery terminal with adhesive.

  • Caution: There is a tiny metal contact under the circuit board that makes contact with the battery. Unstick the circuit board gently to avoid damaging this contact.

  • Do not use metal tools in this step as you may short-circuit the battery.

  • Use caution if you decide to heat internal components as the red/white structural plastic will readily deform at low temps.

  • Once the circuit board is unstuck from the battery, lift it up as shown on the third picture to have enough space to remove the battery.

Platine von der Batterie trennen

Identifiziere die Lücke zwischen der Platine und der Batterie direkt darunter.

Verwende ein Plektrum oder ein sehr dünnes Plastikwerkzeug, um die Platine vorsichtig vom Akku zu lösen. Dafür fährst du mit dem Werkzeug langsam in den Zwischenraum.

Die Platine ist direkt auf den Minus-Pol der Batterie geklebt.

Achtung! Sei vorsichtig beim Lösen, denn unten an der Platine ist ein kleiner Kontakt für die Batterie, den du nicht beschädigen darfst.

Verwende keine Metallwerkzeuge in diesem Schritt, da du sonst einen Kurzschluss der Batterie verursachen kannst.

Sei vorsichtig, wenn du dich entscheidest, interne Komponenten zu erhitzen, da das rote/weiße Plastik sich leicht bei niedrigen Temperaturen verformt.

Sobald die Platine vom Akku gelöst ist, hebe diese soweit an, dass genug Platz zum Entfernen des Akkus ist (wie im dritten Bild ersichtlich).
