Heater continuity check and ground check

  • (For three terminal heaters only) Check the resistance between the top and bottom terminals.

  • The multimeter should read about 40–50 Ω.

  • (All types) Check resistance from the each terminal to the heater housing.

  • The multimeter should read OL or "—"

  • If the element has the correct values when tested, you can stop here. You don't have to replace the heating element. As a precaution, while everything is accessible, you may want to test the components located on the heater housing.

히터 지속성 점검 및 접지 점검

(3단자 히터만 해당) 상단과 하단 단자 사이의 저항을 확인하세요.

멀티미터에 약 40~50Ω이 표시되어야 합니다.

멀티미터에 OL 또는 “-”가 표시되어야 합니다.

테스트했을 때 발열체의 값이 올바르다면 여기서 멈춰도 됩니다. 발열체를 교체할 필요가 없습니다. 예방 조치로, 모든 부품에 접근할 수 있을 때, 히터 하우징에 있는 부품을 테스트하는 것이 좋습니다.
