Remove the filter cover

  • Remove the filter cover by sliding it off of the body of the hairdryer.

  • Use a saw or sidecutters to destructively remove the broken filter cover from the cable while taking care to not damage the insulation of the power cable.

  • The replacement part will have a slot on the side that makes it possible to install it by sliding onto the cable.

Filterabdeckung entfernen

Schiebe die Filterabdeckung vom Gerät weg und entferne sie.

Um die defekte Abdeckung ganz vom Kabel zu entfernen, muss sie aufgeschnitten werden. Nimm dazu einen Seitenschneider oder eine Säge, passe aber auf, dass die Isolierung des Kabels nicht beschädigt wird.

Das Ersatzteil hat einen Schlitz an der Seite und kann deswegen über das Kabel geschoben werden.
