Cut the bandage

  • Cut the bandage strip to length.

  • You need twice the length you want the bandage to cover. A 5 to 6 cm strip is usually enough for most small cuts.

  • Now, carefully cut a small triangle out of the bandage on both adhesive sides, up to the gauze pad. Cut the triangles out exactly in the middle. This will create four "little wings", as seen in the second picture.

Knip de pleister in het juiste formaat

Knip de pleister op volgens de gepaste lengte en vorm.

Je hebt twee keer zoveel nodig als de lengte die het verband moet bedekken. Een strook van 5 tot 6 cm is doorgaans voldoende voor de meeste kleine snijwonden.

Knip nu voorzichtig een klein driehoekje uit het verband aan beide kleefzijden, tot het verbandgaas. Knip de driehoekjes precies in het midden door. Zo ontstaan vier “vleugeltjes”, zoals te zien is op de tweede foto.
