Prepare your frame for reassembly

  • The next three steps show how to apply new adhesive and install a new battery.

  • Use the flat end of your spudger to scrape an edge of the old adhesive into a ball large enough to grip with a pair of tweezers.

  • Use tweezers or your fingers to peel and remove the old adhesive from the frame.

  • If any residue remains, apply a few drops of highly-concentrated isopropyl alcohol (over 90%) to the frame and wipe it with a lint-free or microfiber cloth.

Prepara tu marco para volver a ensamblarlo

Los siguientes tres pasos muestran cómo aplicar adhesivo nuevo e instalar una batería nueva.

Usa el extremo plano de tu spudger para raspar un borde del adhesivo viejo hasta formar una bola lo suficientemente grande como para agarrarla con un par de pinzas.

Utiliza pinzas o los dedos para despegar y quitar el adhesivo viejo del marco.

Si queda algún residuo, aplica unas gotas de alcohol isopropílico altamente concentrado (más del 90%) al marco y límpialo con un paño de microfibra o sin pelusa.
