Heat the trackpad cable

  • Prepare an iOpener and lay it on top of the trackpad ribbon cable for about a minute, in order to soften the adhesive securing the trackpad ribbon cable to the top of the battery.

  • If you don't have an iOpener, use a hair dryer to warm up the cable instead. The cable should be warm, but not too hot to touch. Be careful not to overheat the battery.

Chauffer la nappe du trackpad

Préparez un iOpener et placez-le sur le dessus de la nappe du trackpad pendant environ une minute, afin de ramollir l'adhésif fixant la nappe du trackpad sur le dessus de la batterie.

Si vous n'avez pas d'iOpener, utilisez un sèche-cheveux pour chauffer la nappe à la place. La nappe doit être chaude, mais pas trop chaude au toucher. Faites attention à ne pas surchauffer la batterie.
