Remove the trackpad

  • Swing the display open slightly, but keep the MacBook upside-down. The trackpad assembly should separate and lay flat on the display.

  • As you remove the trackpad assembly, be very careful not to lose the nine small metal washers resting on the screw posts. (They will fly off and get lost with very little provocation.)

  • Carefully feed the trackpad's ribbon cable through its slot in the frame.

Quitar el panel táctil

Abre ligeramente la pantalla, pero mantén la MacBook boca abajo. El conjunto del trackpad debe separarse y quedar plano sobre la pantalla.

Al retirar el conjunto del trackpad, ten mucho cuidado de no perder las nueve pequeñas arandelas de metal que descansan sobre los postes de los tornillos. (Saldrán volando y se perderán con muy poca provocación).

Pasa con cuidado el cable plano del trackpad a través de su ranura en el marco.
