Unfasten the logic board cover

  • While the Pixel 7a uses Torx Plus screws, standard Torx drivers may still work. If your kit came with standard Torx bits, use the T2 bit to remove 1IP Torx Plus screws, and the T3 Torx bit to remove 3IP Torx Plus screws. Make sure to apply constant, downward force to prevent stripping.

  • Use a 3IP Torx Plus driver to remove the thirteen 4.3 mm screws securing the logic board cover.

  • Use a 1IP Torx Plus driver to remove the 1.5 mm screw securing the right edge of the cover.

Beim Pixel 7a werden Torx Plus Schrauben verwendet, möglicherweise geht es aber auch mit Standard-Torx-Bits. Wenn dein Kit mit Standard-Torx-Bits geliefert wurde, verwende den T2-Bit, um die 1IP Torx Plus Schrauben herauszudrehen, und den T3-torx-Bit, um die 3IP Torx Plus Schrauben herauszudrehen.

Achte darauf, dass du gleichmäßig und fest nach unten drückst, damit die Schraubenköpfe nicht beschädigt werden.

Benutze einen 3IP Torx Plus Schraubendreher und entferne die dreizehn 4,3 mm langen 3IP Torx Plus Schrauben, mit denen die Abdeckung des Logic Boards befestigt ist.

Nimm einen 1IP Torx Plus Schraubendreher und entferne die einzelne 1,5 mm lange 1IP Torx Plus Schraube, mit der die Abdeckung an der rechten Seite befestigt ist.
