Remove the solder bridge

  • With the solder wick on top of the solder bridge, heat the wick using the soldering iron by pressing on top of the affected area.

  • The solder wick will be very hot! Avoiding touching the area of the wick near the soldering iron.

  • Alternatively, use wire cutters to cut off about 2 cm (0.75") of braid. Use tweezers or needle nose pliers to place it as described above.

  • Continue to apply pressure with the soldering iron to the solder bridge until the solder is melted and absorbed by the wick.

  • A soldering flux can also be used here to aid in the desoldering process by reducing oxide films.

Rimuovi il ponticello di saldatura

Con la treccia dissandante sopra il ponte di saldatura, scaldala con il saldatore premendo sull'area interessata.

La treccia dissaldante sarà molto calda! Evita di toccare l'area della treccia vicino al saldatore.

In alternativa, usa delle pinze tagliafili per tagliare circa 2 cm di treccia. Usa delle [prodotto|IF145-020|pinzette] o pinze ad ago per posizionarla come descritto sopra.

Continua a fare pressione con il saldatore sul ponte di saldatura finché la lega di saldatura non sarà fusa e assorbita dalla treccia.

Si può anche usare un flussante per saldatura per aiutare il processo di dissaldatura riducendo le pellicole di ossido.
