Remove the battery

  • Peel the battery off of the remaining adhesive and remove it.

  • Never reuse a deformed or damaged battery—it's a fire hazard. Replace it with a new battery.

  • To install a new battery:

  • Use tweezers or your fingers to remove the old adhesive from the frame.

  • Use high-concentration isopropyl alcohol (>90%) and a lint-free cloth to remove any remaining adhesive residue.

  • Temporarily connect the replacement battery's cables to the motherboard and lay the battery in its recess to ensure proper fit and orientation.

  • If your replacement battery isn‘t already equipped with adhesive, apply double-sided tape such as Tesa Tape directly to the battery recess where the old adhesive was.

  • Lay the replacement battery in its recess and press down firmly on the entire surface of the battery to secure it.

Akku entfernen

Löse den Akku vom restlichen Kleber ab und entferne ihn.

Baue einen verformten oder beschädigten Akku nicht wieder ein, das ist ein Brandrisiko. Ersetze ihn durch einen neuen.

So wird der neue Akku wieder eingebaut:

Entferne die Kleberreste mit den Fingern oder einer Pinzette vom Rahmen.

Beseitige alle Rückstände vom Kleber mit hochkonzentriertem Isopropylalkohol (mindestens 90%ig) und einem fusselfreien Tuch.

Schließe die Akkukabel zeitweise an der Hauptplatine an und lege den Akku in seine Vertiefung hinein, um die richtige Position sicherzustellen.

Wenn dein Ersatzakku nicht mit Klebestreifen versehen ist, dann bringe doppelseitiges Klebeband, wie z.B. Tesaband an den Stellen in der Vertiefung für den Akku an, wo der Kleber vorher auch schon war.

Lege den Ersatzakku in seine Vertiefung hinein und drücke ihn überall gut fest.
