Open the battery latch.
Remove the battery from the compartment.
The battery could be swollen. If the battery is swollen, remove with gloves and responsibly dispose of the battery.
Use tweezers to grip the round bar. Pull it towards you to remove.
The bar removed will be 3cm long.
