Remove The Beater Housing

  • Almost all components, save the suction motor, must be loosened or removed to extract the housing.

  • The beater bar housing is held in by the hidden screw beneath the center daughterboard, as well as one screw from each of the wheel wells.

  • After removing surrounding components, lift up on the motor housing (outlined in blue) and allow it to hinge back towards the dust bin area, pivoting on the 135-degree area.

  • Once the housing for the two internal hinges for the beater bar are free, slide the beater bar housing up and out of the case towards the front.

  • The beater bar housing has a thin rubber dust funnel. Take care not to damage this rubber component.

Rimuovi l'alloggiamento del battitore

Quasi tutti i componenti, a eccezione del motore di aspirazione, devono essere allentati o rimossi per estrarre l'alloggiamento.

L'alloggiamento della barra del battitore è trattenuto dalla vite nascosta sotto la scheda figlia centrale, così come da una vite da ciascuno dei passaruota.

Dopo aver rimosso i componenti circostanti, solleva l'alloggiamento del motore (delineato in blu) e lascialo ruotare verso l'area del contenitore della spazzatura, ruotando sull'area di 135 gradi.

Una volta che l'alloggiamento per le due cerniere interne della barra battente è libero, fallo scorrere verso l'alto ed estrailo dalla custodia verso la parte inferiore.

L'alloggiamento della barra battitrice ha un sottile imbuto in gomma che raccoglie polvere. Fai attenzione a non danneggiare questo componente di gomma.
