Unscrew And Unplug The Motherboard

  • This step is required to replace the motherboard, side brushes, or beater bar motor. It can be skipped in most other repairs.

  • Remove the 5 silver 7mm screws retaining the motherboard and daughter boards.

  • Fold down the center daughter board and remove the hidden silver 10mm screw. This screw holds in the beater bar housing and can be skipped for other repairs.

  • Remove all of the cables connecting the motherboard to the rest of the unit.

  • There are some connectors underneath the left side of the board, marked in yellow.

  • Depending on your repair, you may not need to remove all or any connectors to access the necessary screws.

Löse Schrauben der Hauptplatine und stecke sie aus

Dieser Schritt ist notwendig, wenn du die Hauptplatine, die Seitenbürsten oder den Gummiwalzenmotor austauschen möchtest. Für anderweitige Reparaturen kann dieser Schritt übersprungen werden.

Löse die 5 silbernen 7-mm-Schrauben, mit denen die Hauptplatine und die Tochterplatinen befestigt sind.

Klappe die mittlere Tochterplatine nach unten und löse die versteckte silberne 10-mm-Schraube. Diese Schraube hält das Gummiwalzengehäuse und muss für andere Reparaturen nicht gelöst werden.

Stecke alle Kabel aus, die die Hauptplatine mit dem Rest verbinden.

Es gibt einige Anschlüsse unter der linken Seite der Platine, welche gelb markiert sind.

Je nach dem, welche Reparatur du durchführen möchtest, musst du eventuell nicht alle, vielleicht sogar gar keine Anschlüsse lösen, um an die benötigten Schrauben zu gelangen.
