  • Entferne die EMI-Abschirmung von der Hauptplatine.

  • Die EMI-Abschirmung ist gegebenenfalls schwer zu entfernen, da das Wärmeleitpad an dieser klebt. Übe daher in diesem Bereich etwas mehr Kraft aus. Falls dies nicht klappt, trage im Bereich des Wärmeleitpads etwas Isopropylalkohol auf, um die Verbindung zu lösen.

  • Die Hauptplatine liegt nun frei.

Remove the EMI shield from the motherboard.

The EMI shield may be hard to remove due to the old thermal pad. In this case pull a bit stronger. If that's not successful apply some isopropyl alcohol around the thermal pad to free the shield.

The motherboard is now fully disassembled.
