Slide the panel away from the ports

Using a spudger (with the assistance of the captive screws) gently pop any tabs on the front of the chassis. Now this doesn't come off quite like a 2018 Macbook Pro would, but once you pull the front up about an inch, it should slide forward pretty easily.
