Once the black key cover is removed, you will notice that there is a plastic white piece composed of two parts.
Be careful not to try to remove the silicone piece that is found here. This part is glued into the laptop, and will result in damaged keys if broken.
Using the tweezers, begin to pull the white plastic piece away from the keyboard.
