Gently press on the clips located on either side of the RAM stick.
Press downward on the clips until you feel the RAM stick start to come loose.
Do not try to pull the chip out without moving the clips first. This could potentially damage them.
The RAM stick will pop out. Carefully pull it free to remove it from the laptop.
