Remove the old socket

  • Unscrew and remove the cover.

  • If you want to add a RJ45 jack but only have the first outlet, that you can’t replace, to work with, you can just mount the new outlet next to the old one. You’ll need to connect La to 6 and Lb to 5. You can use any kind of shielded twisted pair cable to wire the new outlet.

  • Remove the the connections.

  • Keep track of La and Lb. You’ll need to know what wires to connect where in the new socket.

  • Unscrew the socket from the wall.

Entferne die alte Dose

Schraube die Abdeckplatte ab und entferne sie.

Wenn du eine RJ45-Dose installieren willst, aber nur die erste Telefondose hast (die du nicht ersetzen darfst), kannst du einfach die neue Dose neben der alten montieren. Du musst einfach La an 6 und Lb an 5 anschließen. Du kannst dafür jedes geschirmte, verdrillte Kabel verwenden, um die neue Dose zu verdrahten.

Entferne die Drähte.

Merke dir die Drähte für La und Lb. Du musst wissen, welche Drähte du wo in der neuen Dose anschließen musst.

Schraub die alte Dose von der Wand ab.
