Pry up the heatsink

  • Thermal paste bonds the heatsink to the CPU.

  • Insert your spudger under the left heat pipe.

  • Pry up to release the left section of the heatsink.

  • This may take some force. Be careful not to bend the heat pipes.

  • Repeat this procedure for the right heat pipe and the CPU screw mounts until the heatsink is completely separated from the motherboard.

Inserta tu spudger debajo del tubo de calor izquierdo.

Haz palanca para liberar la sección izquierda del disipador de calor.

Esto puede requerir algo de fuerza. Ten cuidado de no doblar los tubos de calor.

Repite este procedimiento para el tubo de calor derecho y los soportes de tornillo de la CPU hasta que el disipador de calor esté completamente separado de la placa base.
