Lift away the logic board

Remove the logic board from the heatsink.
You may feel some resistance separating the logic board from the heatsink. This is normal, as thermal paste lightly bonds the two parts together.
During reassembly, clean and apply new thermal paste to the processor.

ロジックボードを持ち上げて外す

ヒートシンクからロジックボードを取り出します。
ロジックボードとヒートシンクの間に抵抗を感じるかもしれません。これは放熱グリスが2つのパーツを軽く固定しているためで、正常な現象です。
再組み立ての際、プロセッサの新しい放熱グリスがある箇所を綺麗にクリーニングして、新しいものを塗布してください。
