Lift away the logic board

  • Remove the logic board from the heatsink.

  • You may feel some resistance separating the logic board from the heatsink. This is normal, as thermal paste lightly bonds the two parts together.

  • During reassembly, clean and apply new thermal paste to the processor.

Logic Board wegheben

Entferne das Logic Board vom Kühlkörper.

Wahrscheinlich merkst du einen Widerstand, wenn du das Logic Board vom Kühlkörper anhebst. Das ist normal, denn die Wärmeleitpaste klebt die beiden Teile leicht zusammen.

Beim Zusammenbau: Reinige den Prozessor und trage neue Wärmeleitpaste auf.
