Remove the battery

  • Slide the battery toward the bottom of the MacBook and remove it.

  • If any adhesive remains, clean it with a few drops of isopropyl alcohol and wipe it with a lint-free or microfiber cloth.

  • Before removing any adhesive liners from your new battery, place it in its recess to make sure it fits. Then, remove the adhesive liners and firmly press each cell into place.

  • If your battery doesn't come with adhesive, secure it with new stretch-release adhesive.

  • Alternatively, you may use strong double-sided tape such as Tesa Tape to secure the battery.

Akku entfernen

Schiebe den Akku zur Unterkante des MacBooks hin und entferne ihn.

Beseitige Kleberreste mit etwas Isopropylalkohol und einem fusselfreien Tuch.

Bevor du Schutzfolien vom neuen Akku abziehst, probiere erst, ob der Akku in seine Vertiefung passt. Entferne dann die Schutzfolien und drücke jede Zelle gut fest.

Wenn dein Ersatzakku keine Klebestreifen hat, dann befestige ihn mit neuen elastischen Klebestreifen.

Du kannst auch starkes doppelseitiges Klebeband, wie z.B.Tesaband verwenden.
