Unscrew the battery housing

  • Use a Phillips #000 to remove three 3.0 mm screws holding the battery and it's housing.

  • Remove the battery housing with the battery from the main board and set it aside.

  • At this point the battery is still attached to the motherboard by a connector so don't pull it off the board.

  • If you're not replacing the battery, you can leave it attached to the board to complete the repair, just be careful when moving them so you don't damage the connection.

Desatornilla la carcasa de la batería.

Usa un destornillador Philips 000 para desatornillar tres tornillos de 3.0 mm que sujetan la batería y su carcasa.

Quita la carcasa de la batería con la batería de la placa base y ponla aparte.

En este punto la batería sigue conectada a la placa base con un conector, así que no la arranques o tires de ella hasta fuera de la placa.

Si no estás cambiando la batería, puedes dejarla conectada a la placa mientras completas la reparación, aunque tienes que tener cuidado de que no dañas la conexión.
