Install the heat sink

  • Align the holes on the CPU section of the heat sink with the pins on the backing plate.

  • Set the heat sink straight down on the CPU, GPU, and VRAM chips.

  • Do not move the heat sink around once it contacts the CPU. The thermal paste will adhere the CPU to the heat sink and moving it around can bend the CPU pins.

Monter le dissipateur thermique

Alignez les trous de la section CPU du dissipateur thermique avec les broches de la plaque de support.

Posez le dissipateur thermique directement sur les puces CPU, GPU et VRAM.

Ne déplacez pas le dissipateur thermique une fois qu'il est en contact avec le CPU. La pâte thermique fera adhérer le CPU au dissipateur thermique et le déplacer peut plier les broches du CPU.
