Lift the right side of the battery

  • Don't try to remove the battery all the way yet. The left side is still adhered to the midframe.

  • Grab and lift the right pull tab to remove the right side of the battery from its recess.

  • If you're having trouble lifting the battery out of its recess, apply a heated iOpener to the screen side for two minutes to loosen the battery adhesive.

  • A hair dryer, heat gun, or hot plate may also be used, but be careful not to overheat the device.

  • Only apply heat to the screen side to prevent the battery from overheating.

Akku an der rechten Seite hochheben

Versuche noch nicht den Akku vollständig zu entfernen. Die linke Seite klebt noch am Mittelrahmen.

Fasse die rechte Zuglasche an und hebe den Akku an der rechten Seite aus seiner Vertiefung heraus.

Wenn sich der Akku nicht leicht aus seiner Vertiefung heben lässt, dann lege einen erwärmten iOpener zwei Minuten lang auf das Display, um den Akkukleber aufzuweichen.

Du kannst auch einen Fön, ein Heißluftgebläse oder eine Heizplatte verwenden. Achte aber darauf, dass das Gerät nicht überhitzt wird.

Erwärme nur das Display, um Hitzeschäden am Akku zu vermeiden.
