Removing the old thermal paste.

  • Unscrew the 4 screws holding the CPU heatsink and lift it up, gently.

  • Clean the old thermal paste both from the cooler and the CPU. It is best to use isopropyl alcohol and cotton swabs or paper towel, but be careful not to go too hard on the CPU.

Entfernen der alten Wärmeleitpaste

Drehe die 4 Schrauben heraus, welche den CPU-Heatsink halten und hebe diesen vorsichtig an.

Entferne die alte Wärmeleitpaste von beiden Seiten (der CPU und dem Kühlkörper). Am Besten verwendest du Alkohol und Q-Tips oder Küchenpapier, um die alte Wärmeleitpaste zu entfernen, gehe besonders bei der CPU behutsam vor.
