Separate the lower battery cell adhesive

  • Lay the iPad down flat on your work surface.

  • Insert a plastic card under the left side of the lower battery cell to separate the adhesive securing it to the frame.

  • Don't force the card or bend the battery—a punctured or bent battery may leak dangerous chemicals or cause a fire.

  • If it's difficult to insert or slide the card, apply more isopropyl alcohol, wait one minute, and try again.

  • Leave the plastic card in place to prevent the adhesive from re-sealing.

Separa l'adesivo della cella inferiore della batteria

Appoggia l'iPad su una superficie di lavoro piana.

Inserisci una scheda di plastica sotto il lato sinistro della cella inferiore della batteria per staccare l'adesivo che la fissa al telaio.

Non forzare la scheda o piegare la batteria: una batteria perforata o piegata potrebbe perdere sostanze chimiche pericolose o provocare un incendio.

Se dovesse risultare difficile inserire o far scorrere la scheda, allora applica dell'altro alcol isopropilico. Dopodiché attendi un minuto e riprova.

Lascia la scheda di plastica al suo posto per evitare che l'adesivo si riattacchi.
