Apply isopropyl alcohol to the left edge of the battery

  • Prop the left side of the iPad up so the isopropyl alcohol can flow under the battery.

  • Apply a few drops of high-strength (>90%) isopropyl alcohol along the left edge of the battery.

  • Be careful if you're using a syringe with a needle or other sharp instrument to dispense isopropyl alcohol—a punctured battery may leak dangerous chemicals or cause a fire.

  • Let the alcohol soak for one minute to soften the adhesive under the battery.

Appliquer de l'alcool isopropylique sur le bord gauche de la batterie

Surélevez le côté gauche de l'iPad pour que l'alcool isopropylique puisse s'écouler sous la batterie.

Appliquez quelques gouttes d'alcool isopropylique à haute concentration (> 90 %) le long du bord gauche de la batterie.

Soyez prudent si vous utilisez une seringue à aiguille ou un autre instrument pointu pour distribuer l'alcool isopropylique – une batterie perforée peut laisser s'échapper des produits chimiques dangereux ou provoquer un incendie.

Laissez l'alcool agir pendant une minute pour ramollir l'adhésif sous la batterie.
