If any of these steps do not work...

  • If the status light still flashes amber, connect the case to power, close the lid, and wait 20 minutes. Then open the lid and press and hold the setup button again for a few seconds until the status light flashes white.

  • Is the case open?

  • Was the case fully charged?

  • Leave the Airpods in the case for an hour so that they can charge and the may connect.

Se la luce di stato continua a lampeggiare in ambra, collega la custodia all’alimentazione, chiudi il coperchio e aspetta 20 minuti. Poi apri il coperchio e premi e tieni premuto il pulsante di configurazione per alcuni secondi finché la luce di stato non lampeggia in bianco.

Il case era completamente carico?

Lascia le AirPods nel case per un'ora così che possano ricaricarsi e probabilmente anche connettersi.
