Soak the tip in isopropyl alcohol

  • Fill a cup with enough isopropyl alcohol for the marking pen's tip to be fully submerged.

  • Place the pen into the cup with the tip side down.

  • Keep the pen as upright as possible to prevent the alcohol from going around the side of the pen nib.

  • Wait 15 minutes for the alcohol to soak into the pen tip.

Dip de punt van de pen in isopropylalcohol

Vul een glas of bakje met een laagje isopropylalcohol (ook wel isopropanol genoemd), zodat alleen de punt van de pen helemaal is ondergedompeld.

Plaats de pen in het glas of bakje met de punt naar beneden.

Houd de pen zo recht mogelijk om te voorkomen dat de alcohol langs de zijkant van de punt naar binnen glipt.

Wacht ongeveer 15 minuutjes zodat de alcohol in de punt van de pen kan trekken.
