Lift the battery

  • Grab both pull-tab ends labeled with an A and pull up on the adhesive strip to lift the battery out of its recess and swing it up to an upright position.

  • If you're having trouble lifting the battery out of its recess, apply a heated iOpener to the screen for two minutes to loosen the battery adhesive.

  • A hair dryer, heat gun, or hot plate may also be used, but be careful not to overheat the device.

  • Don't point a heat gun directly onto the battery but only onto the screen to prevent the battery from overheating.

Levanta la batería

Toma ambos extremos de las lengüetas de tiro marcados con una A y tira de la tira adhesiva para sacar la batería de su hueco y colocarla en posición vertical.

Si tienes problemas para sacar la batería de su hueco, aplica un iOpener caliente sobre la pantalla durante dos minutos para aflojar el adhesivo de la batería.

También puedes usar un secador de pelo, una pistola de calor o una placa calefactora, pero ten cuidado de no sobrecalentar el dispositivo.

No apuntes la pistola de calor directamente a la batería, sino solo a la pantalla para evitar que la batería se sobrecaliente.
