Remove the heat sink

  • Lift the left edge of the heat sink upward to separate the heat sink from the motherboard.

  • You may feel a bit of resistance. This is normal, since the heat sink is slightly bonded to the motherboard with thermal paste.

  • Remove the heat sink.

  • Follow this guide for how to clean and reapply thermal paste.

Retira el disipador de calor

Levanta hacia arriba el borde izquierdo del disipador de calor para separarlo de la placa madre.

Puede que notes una ligera resistencia. Es normal, ya que el disipador de calor está ligeramente pegado a la placa madre con pasta térmica.

Retira el disipador de calor.
