Unfasten the heat sink

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws securing the heat sink:
Two 3.5 mm screws
Four 3.1 mm screws
During reassembly, make sure to tighten the screws in a cross pattern: top left, bottom right, top right, bottom left.
