Screen removal information

  • The screen of the Google Pixel 7 is held in place by a safety frame of plastic clips and adhesive.

  • During the removal procedure, make sure to insert your opening picks under the safety frame to avoid separating it from the screen.

  • Only insert the pick up to ~3.5 mm during the removal procedure to avoid damaging the internals and to avoid interfering with the plastic clips.

  • There are several plastic clips around the whole screen. In case your opening pick gets blocked during the screen removal procedure it means you inserted your pick too deep underneath the screen.

Informatie voor het verwijderen van het scherm

Het scherm van de Google Pixel 7 wordt door plastic klemmen en lijm op z'n plek gehouden.

Zorg dat je je openingsplectrums, bij het verwijdern van het scherm, in een juiste hoek in de naad steekt om te voorkomen dat je het scherm van het veiligheidsframe eronder scheidt in plaats van dat je het scherm van de rest van de telefoon scheidt.

Steek je plectrum hoogstens ~3.5 mm in de opening tijdens het verwijderen van het scherm. Zo voorkom je schade aan de binnenkant van je toestel en aan de plastic klemmen.

Er bevindt zich een aalta plastic klemmen rondom het scherm. Als je openingsplectrum tijdens het verwijderen van het scherm tegengehouden wordt betekent dit dat je je plectrum te diep in de opening hebt geplaatst.
