Peel off the logic board shielding

  • Use tweezers or your fingers to peel off the logic board shielding.

  • You'll need to reapply thermal paste to the processor so your iPad doesn't overheat. Follow this guide to properly apply thermal paste to your iPad.

  • During reassembly, use Tesa Tape to secure the shield to the logic board.

ロジックボードのシールドをさらにめくる

ピンセットや指などでロジックボードのシールドをさらにめくって剥がします。

iPadの過熱を防ぐために放熱グリスを塗り直す必要があるはずです。こちらのガイドに従ってiPadに放熱グリスを適切に塗布して下さい。

組み立て直す際はTesa tapeを用いてシールドをロジックボードに固定して下さい。
