Peel off the logic board shielding

  • Use tweezers or your fingers to peel off the logic board shielding.

  • You'll need to reapply thermal paste to the processor so your iPad doesn't overheat. Follow this guide to properly apply thermal paste to your iPad.

  • During reassembly, use Tesa Tape to secure the shield to the logic board.

Zie die Abschirmung des Logic Boards mit den Fingern oder einer Pinzette ab.

Du musst hinterher wieder Wärmeleitpaste auf den Prozessor auftragen, damit dein iPad nicht überhitzt. Folge dieser Anleitung, um die Wärmeleitpaste sachgerecht aufzutragen.

Klebe die Abschirmung beim Zusammenbau mit Tesaband wieder am Logic Board fest.
