Opening the Case

Using a p01 screwdriver bit, unscrew the 13 screws on the back of the laptop (two will be under the rubber footpads)

Flip to laptop over and raise the screen. You will need to use a tool to "pop" the keyboard off, slowly sliding the tool along the outside
