Insert an opening pick

  • Once the screen is warm to touch, apply a suction handle to the top edge of the screen and as close to the edge as possible.

  • If your screen is badly cracked, covering it with a layer of clear packing tape may allow the suction cup to adhere. Alternatively, very strong tape may be used instead of the suction handle. If all else fails, you can superglue the suction cup to the screen.

  • Lift the screen with the suction handle to create a small gap between the screen and the frame.

  • Insert an opening pick into the gap between the midframe and the screen, at the left side of the earpiece speaker cut-out.

  • Slide the opening pick to the top left corner of the screen to slice its adhesive.

  • Leave the opening pick in place to prevent the adhesive from resealing.

Inserta una púa de apertura

Una vez que la pantalla esté caliente al tacto, aplica una ventosa a la esquina superior de la pantalla, tan cerca del borde como sea posible.

Si tu pantalla está muy rajada, cubrirla con una lámina de cinta de embalar puede serte de ayuda para que la ventosa se pegue. Alternativamente puedes usar cinta adhesiva muy resistente como alternativa a la ventosa. Si todo lo anterior no fuera suficiente, puedes pegar la ventosa con cola superglue a la pantalla.

Levanta la pantalla usando el mango de la ventosa para crear un pequeño hueco entre la pantalla y la carcasa.

Inserta una púa de apertura en el hueco entre el marco intermedio y la pantalla que está a la izquierda del bisel para el altavoz.

Desliza la púa de apertura hasta la esquina superior izquierda de la pantalla para separar su adhesivo.

Deja la púa de apertura donde está para evitar que el adhesivo vuelva a pegarse.
