Insert an opening pick

  • Secure a suction handle to the right edge of the rear glass, as close to the edge as possible.

  • If the rear glass is cracked, the suction handle may not stick. Try lifting it with strong tape, or superglue the suction handle in place and allow it to cure so you can proceed.

  • Lift the rear glass with the suction handle to create a small gap between the rear glass and the frame.

  • In case you have trouble creating a gap, apply more heat to further soften the adhesive. Follow the iOpener instructions to avoid overheating.

  • Insert an opening pick into the gap you created.

Inserta una púa de apertura

Asegura una ventosa de succión al borde derecho del cristal trasero, tan cerca del borde como sea posible.

Si el cristal trasero esta roto, la ventosa de succión puede no adherirse. Intenta levantarlo con una cinta fuerte, o pega la ventosa de succión con pegamento en ese lugar y permite que seque para que puedas proseguir.

Levante el cristal trasero con la ventosa de succión para crear un hueco pequeño entre el cristal trasero y el marco.

En caso que encuentres problemas creado un hueco, aplica mas calor para aflojar el adhesivo. Sigue las instrucciones del iOpener para evitar sobrecalentamiento.

Inserta una púa de apertura en el hueco que creaste.
